It will be interesting to see what happens when fans are allowed back in at a high capacity and if the stadium will sell out.

A fair proportion of our ticket sales do end up with tourists, and with no international travel the turnstiles could potentially be quite quiet.

I’m speculating here - but, there is also a good chance that there will be even more rules, like photo ID with your ticket, masks, and even “no jab, no entry!!”
This could put off another group of fans.
If I knew with 100% certainty that the reason for photo ID and any other form of ID required from ST holders was to stop the resale of that ticket then I would actively encourage it.

There's a ton of entitled ST holders in our fanbase who are coining it in by reselling their seat and even worse have 1 or more seats that they've had for years used solely to sell. I know quite a few of them and a couple are my mates. What fucks me off even more is they are the ones that complain about the atmosphere or fans not eating "proper football food" whilst it's them that are selling the fucking tickets to the very people they complain about. This has to end.

I haven't been to an away game for fucking ages too, way too much hassle in getting a ticket now. Mind you Jose is doing a great job in ensuring aways will be a piece of piss to get soon.

I’m not entirely sure this is the reasoning behind it. I think it’s more do with incoming government legislation / track and trace.

My mate goes home and away with spurs and he agrees that the current system is crooked. At “undesirable” away games he sees the same faces day in day out, but as soon as Woolwich away comes up he’s surrounded by people he’s never seen before from Adam.
That shouldn’t be allowed.

Man managed to negotiate a 250 million dollar deal for the Miami Dolphis stadium. Impressive figure.

Another big shakeup in our corporate structure but hopefully worth it.

Application for Full Planning Permission at 807 High Road, Tottenham

Please find enclosed a full application submitted on behalf of ‘TH Property Limited’ in respect of 807 High Road, Tottenham (“the Site”).

The application is a resubmission of planning application reference HGY/2020/1361 which was refused by the London Borough of Haringey (LBH) on 16 October 2020.

Except for some limited design adjustments, the scheme is identical to that previously determined by LBH. The application has been submitted via the Planning Portal (ref. PP-09490714) and seeks full planning permission for the following development:

“Full planning application for the demolition of the existing buildings and the erection of a replacement building up to four storeys to include residential (C3), retail (Class E, a) and flexible medical/health (Class E, e) and office (Class E, g, i) uses; hard and soft landscaping works including a residential podium; and associated works”.

The description of development replicates that previously agreed with LBH save for the reference to the new Class E uses...................................

This letter (attachment) is fascinating.

Background
The original planning application was rejected by the council Planning Committee in October 2020 despite it having been recommended by the Haringey Planning Officers (ie the professionals) and subsequent review internally says the council had no valid reasons (from a planning law perspective) to reject it.

So, if Haringey Council Planning Committee reject it again, it will go to appeal via a legal process where Haringey have to prove what planning law criteria allowed them to reject it - which their own professional planning staff say do not exist.

Haringey look to be on a loser with substantial costs possibly being awarded against them.

This point needs to be explained over and over to thicko’s. They think Levy got the £600m + from Dave his mate and has to pay it all back in a couple of years or we go bust.
I agree that the way the debt was structured meant wasn't really that much of a problem. What has fucked us is COVID as we are making no match day cash at all to cover the interest payments. Se have TV money and Sponsorship income which was probably already allocated in the budget.

Club and Ticketmaster Sport launch new partnership to drive ticketing technology innovation

We are pleased to announce the renewal of an exclusive long-term partnership with Ticketmaster Sport, the global leader in advanced ticketing technologies, who become the Club’s Official Ticketing Innovation Supplier.

In a first of its kind, the Club and Ticketmaster Sport will collaborate on a co-innovation partnership to drive technological ticketing advancements for the sport industry.
The Club has already worked closely with Ticketmaster Sport to incorporate a fully-digital ticketing journey for fans visiting Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

With mobile ticketing a key feature of the fan journey since the world’s most technologically-advanced stadium was opened in 2019, the recent return of fans for two matches in December, 2020, saw 4,000 enjoying the matchday experience using only their mobile devices.

In addition to making the matchday entry process as smooth as possible, the new system has been designed to help protect supporters’ health, safety and security by reducing physical contact and verifying who is inside the stadium on matchdays.

The Club and Ticketmaster Sport will continue to develop a ticketing solution with a focus on innovation and resilience to bring the best possible experience to fans.

This will involve use of a suite of tools, designed by Ticketmaster Sport with the evolving needs of capacity, social distancing and other logistics in mind, to help welcome fans back safely during this unprecedented time.

Ian Murphy, Head of Ticketing, Tottenham Hotspur, said: “We are excited to extend our long-term partnership with Ticketmaster Sport.

“Over a number of years, Ticketmaster Sport has assisted us in successfully delivering on a number of core projects, including the ticketing operations required throughout our transition from White Hart Lane to our new stadium, via Wembley.

“This new agreement will see us look to take the traditional ticketing model to a new level as we strive to deliver the best experience for our supporters and utilise cutting-edge technology for all visitors to Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.”

Adam Newsam, Chairman of Ticketmaster Sport, said: “Having partnered with Tottenham Hotspur since 2006, we’re thrilled that our successful relationship continues to grow. By combining our collective experience, time and resources into this co-innovation partnership, we aim to ensure that the future of our industry is a forward-thinking, fan-focused and pioneering one.

“When the time comes to get fans back to live sport, our cutting-edge technology will allow the Club to adapt as needed, and not only welcome fans back but enhance their experience through the ticketing journey.”

I've given up trying to explain the stadium/Spurs finances. There's plenty of public facing documentation out there - it's willful ignorance at this point.
