Hi mate! I’m the owner of the Pie & Mash shop! Came across this chat which is great. Yes Tina from the Coach came in, she loved the pies but yes she did give us some good feed back on the Liquor which we have tried to take on board. It’s a difficult one as it seems every one has differing opinions on how the Liquor should be, some say thicker and greener and others say lighter and thinner lol, so it’s hard to know and as you can imagine difficult to please everyone. We decided to postpone our visit,as his liquor isn't up to much.
Tina from the Coach had it and went back and gave him some advice. She told my mate.
So,rather than slate it,going to give the fella a bit of time to sort it out.
Good idea for a meet up there though.
It wasn't open when I got there, but looking forward to giving it a try when we are allowed back. Maybe we should have a TFC meet up there instead of the DispensaryHeard that the Pie & Mash shop in Tottenham is opening today.

True story !That generation didn't believe in waste! And you ate what you were given, or went hungry!
We have some table in now, so you can sit in or take away.Do you have tables or are you a takeaway, or both? I need pics!
Because it looks like it came out of a Wuhan lab.How can anyone not love the jelly in a pork pie?
How can anyone not love everything about a pork pie. It's one of life's wonderful things.
I even scrape that jelly stuff out of pork pies. I take the pork out, scrape the jelly off and put it back in again.I can't say I don't like eels, as I've never tasted them, but I don't like the jelly and they don't look very appetising.
My dear old Dad would have lost his mind if he saw you doing that.I even scrape that jelly stuff out of pork pies. I take the pork out, scrape the jelly off and put it back in again.
Yeah I know it’s borderline bonkers but that stuff is just weird and has no place in a pie.
After I was put up the chimneys at age 7 I scraped together the farthings and with the extra half crowns I got from toshing and mudlarking I got enough poppy to open a whelk stall. It only works for people like sudoku who are born within the sound of Bow Bells.
Just noticed that.I wonder what part of that comment that 46 post Jaco disagreed with.
I hope it's not a trendy version, there's some things that shouldn't be messed around with!I'll take a spin down there in the next week or so. Hopefully it's decent grub as i quite like pie and mash.
Great post! Next time I actually get to WHL I may forego the heavenly delights of the Turkish Koyum and sample your fayre. Or maybe I should visit both establishments and not bother with the footballHi mate! I’m the owner of the Pie & Mash shop! Came across this chat which is great. essentially we are not a traditional Pie & Mash shop as I’m sure most of you have gathered from the menu but we are trying out best to keep an old institution alive as lots of Pie & Mash shops are dying out. Anyway if anyone has any questions please let me know. Thanks
