Dani Alves has been arrested in Barcelona for allegedly raping a woman in a nightclub last night.

The evidence is apparently very severe, and since Alves now lives and works in Mexico, a judge ordered him thrown in prison so that he doesn't flee the country (aka pulling a Robinho).

Ultimately it will probably come down to her word against his and it is innocent until proven guilty, but her version of events seem very plausible and apparently she didn't even want to file a complaint so it doesnt appear to be a case of a false accusation either.

I do not think she is lying and I would need to see something from Hakimi's side to convince me otherwise at the moment.

Even if it's true, there is absolutely zero chance he gets found guilty. This guy is as connected as they come.

Was just reading about that. He’s admitted ‘many’ of the offences so must be looking at a length ban. Trippier got 10 weeks for one incident so Toney must be looking at a year or two for 200+ offences.
