Deserved that! Been considerably the better team overall. Far from a perfect performance but far more positives than negatives, that's for sure. And if a miserable bastard like me is content then you know we've done alright.
 
You'll see that the impetus to that phase was Jaff making a block in front of our Cbs.

He then used that DM power-up energy (because he is a natural DM), to help forcefully create our goal.

Feel he will have a much bigger impact this season. Maybe more the Modric pass before the assist level of importance.. pre- assist.. if that's a thing! xG gang will be able to tell me .. bloody stats
 
Lo Celso is a very talented player. He has just been injured or coming back from injury all the time, for Argentina he is always bloody fit though. Hopefully bit of luck and we have him for a full season.

Need two XI really.. first lot to focus on the league and getting top 4 and like for like positional replacement for the cups. No reason why a second XI couldn't boss it in Europe
