These transfer negotiations are for multimillion pound multifaceted deals that have been in progress for months and are highly competitive , do people really think you simply ring up on Monday morning and close on Wednesday ? It's like the Swan just because he isn't causing ripples doesn't mean he is not furiously working away under the surface, we will sign players but it takes time and patience , it takes time and planning to buy a flat for £150k so a multimillion pound deal with more variables is always going to be time consuming and complicated, we will get the right players in.

We don't always see eye to eye, but it's a shame that some people will read this post and still just be adamant that we are shit at transfers.

Yeah but West Ham....and Leicester....they’ve signed loads of players that I would have called championship fodder if we were linked.....and Liverpool have officially signed one player and still have two shit keepers and two average CBs so that proves they have surpassed us.

And United bought Fred, he’s world class now because Utd bought him.

Also look at Woolwich.....errrrr. Ok look at Chelsea.......yep, uhm......well look at Watford then even they signed someone from BARCELONA.

You'd rather see us continue to sign young cheap prospects rather than experienced world class winners? But that policy has seen us win next to fuck all for 2 decades mate.
Surely, as supporters of a cash rich, globally supported champions league club, paying premium record breaking prices to watch our team play, we deserve more than young, cheap prospects?

We left everything to the last minute last summer and it was a pretty hit and miss window
Just hope we have learnt somewhat

The club have definitely put themselves under pressure to consistently challenge at the top for the long term with the ticket prices

Well I’ll say it again.....ticket prices coincided with Kane and Pochs huge wage increases.
Why do you keep running from that?

The club needs to buy only 2 ready made players in this transfer window, a defence midfielder Demeblesque and a CB.
We have enough mids.
We don't need strikers because the club can't buy one, re Vincent, Llorenete... etc.
