Is Tomiyasu slow? From what I saw he looks like he has decent pace.
He is not slow, but for a FB he is average, at best, in terms of pace.
I think it just reflects relief at seeing someone in a decision-making authority at Spurs that appears actually motivated to do transfers.
Levy was so paralyzed by indecisiveness that he simply couldn't operate. Paratici hasn't proven himself yet you're right, but there does appear to be a shift in tone and transfer approach.

All the signings we are linked to are Johnny Foreigner. That’s fine and they might be decent players but we also need English to meet the HG rule.
The HG rule will not be hard to reach, especially because U-21's count for free.

We're okay the moment as all the players leaving are foreign trained. Gil replacing Lamela, Romero replacing Toby, maybe Kounde for Sanchez and Takehiryo forAurier. Forgot the keeper but hopefully Sissoko can be moved on toeven it out.
