So, you're implying that by general standards he was shit?
You're just being silly.....
I've been as hard as anyone on the bloke, but credit where it's due otherwise you just leave yourself looking like a mug.

For his goal he gives Reggie a hug for the assist and Sonny bounces the ball off the back of his head.
For the Son goal where the entire front 4 is involved he seemed genuinely happy and excited, much more so than when he scored!
I hate to be body language guy, but it was nice to see everyone really excited for that third goal.
If Tanguy plays like that every week, he’s easily a 100 million + midfielder. Yes it’s against Newcastle, but he’s trending in the right direction. And as people have pointed out, it looks like he’s finally enjoying himself out there. I’m not sure what’s changed but his attitude has improved. Let’s hope it continues. If Ndombele had scored the OG, I'd be saying the same thing you dullards. The OG was unlucky and could have happened to any player, it came from a good ball at pace at an awkward height after another player just missing it.
FWIW I thought Hojbjerg and Harry were both better than him yesterday, Skipp also did a fantastic job in doing the leg work again he lacked, have not said he didn't play well, he had a decent game by his (quite poor) standards.

Funny, when Kane has a good game against a weak team, he is not trending in the right direction... he is a flat track bully. If Tanguy plays like that every week, he’s easily a 100 million + midfielder. Look, you stalker. I praised Kane yesterday. Gave him the exact same compliment as Tanguy. Go read what I said and stop getting offended if there’s someone that doesn’t worship Harry as you apparently do.Funny, when Kane has a good game against a weak team, he is not trending in the right direction... he is a flat track bully.

Oh shut up you complete asshole.
Good ball in, just ended up at an awkward height. Could have happened to anyone.
You can say what you like but you are in fantasy land. If Ndombele had scored that own goal you would have dined off of it for evermore. You would have lapped it up. Everyone knows it and you’re fooling nobody
No, because it was just unlucky as it would have been for any player, as I said in the match thread at the fucking time. You can say what you like but you are in fantasy land. You would have turned the thread blue. In fact you probably cried yourself to sleep last night because it wasn’t Ndombele who scored itNo, because it was just unlucky as it would have been for any player, as I said in the match thread at the fucking time.
And that’s the quandary if he plays like that every week he’ll live up to his early promise and we’ve a player we could build a squad around but then if and it’s a big if he plays like that regularly we like as per usual we will not keep him.If Tanguy plays like that every week, he’s easily a 100 million + midfielder. Yup - he's taking the next flight to a bigger club. And that’s the quandary if he plays like that every week he’ll live up to his early promise and we’ve a player we could build a squad around but then if and it’s a big if he plays like that regularly we like as per usual we will not keep him.
It's like a middle management compliment sandwich that was missing one particular ingredient. If Ndombele had scored the OG, I'd be saying the same thing you dullards. If a HUGE if.And that’s the quandary if he plays like that every week he’ll live up to his early promise and we’ve a player we could build a squad around but then if and it’s a big if he plays like that regularly we like as per usual we will not keep him.
Good players enjoying a proper good move. Regardless of its weaknesses, it’s plainly obvious to me that this squad is built to enjoy the ball. For his goal he gives Reggie a hug for the assist and Sonny bounces the ball off the back of his head.
