"It's important not to put too much responsibility on the new signings," he says. "They have come to give the team certain qualities, but of course we also understand that they are young players who have to adapt, and who, in Lo Celso and Ndombele's cases, have come from abroad, from different leagues. The priority is adaption more than performance.

"There's a lot of pressure for them but there are a lot of examples of young players, like Son and like many others, who have needed a season or a season-and-a-half in order to perform at the level that we want. These three players are not going to be the exceptions. They are not that."

No doubt new signings need time to reach their best. They don't need to be at their best to help the team, though, especially not in our current malaise.

Surely it makes more sense to give Ndombele and Lo Celso minutes than someone like Eriksen? Poch doesn't really have a leg to stand on because he keeps picking players who are playing like shit. Are Rose and Eriksen performing at the level we want? If not then why are they in the XI when they are also on the transfer list?

The fucking table looks grim tonight. 11 cunting points behind Chelsea. A couple of months back, fearing a string of humiliating results, I said Poch would be gone by the end of October. And here we are. Fiddling while Rome fucking burns.
Levy won't sack him though maybe he feels that he owes poch for the lack of support which may or may not be the case and the small matter of paying him out.

He's a cunt.

Im gonna put that into perspective.
Of the 57 games Spurs played last season, Moura played 90 minutes 16 times.
He played less than 45 minutes 11 times.

The rest was somewhere in between so it’s difficult to find his stride especially when outplaying the teachers pets doesn’t earn you game time anyway.

He was also used in five different roles
RW, LW, AM, CF and second striker

The point I was replying to was him saying that he doesn’t start matches. He does. Or at least did.
So yes your stats of the overall season are probably correct but to say he wasn’t given a fair crack of the whip just isn’t true.

Plus I don’t think he’s better than Kane or Son offensively so him playing different positions is clearly Poch trying to fit him into the side if he shares this view. .....And the same with being subbed.

Been in and out like a fiddlers elbow with the Poch situation, desperately hoping he’d be able to turn things around, for him as well as us. The few seasons we had, actually expecting to win games even when going behind had been a breath of fresh air. Unfortunately, as every week goes by, I’m finding it harder to believe that he can, persevering with formations and line ups that don’t work and the constant picking of certain players that couldn’t give a shit about the shirt. An Ericksen start, anything resembling a fucking diamond, no N’dombele start and Lo Celso not getting enough time to show us what he can do tomorrow and my mind will be made up. Time for change. COYS!

Cunts won’t settle, adjust or help if they aren’t playing enough.

Ndombele clearly has fitness concerns but overall with goals, passing and assists I’ve seen enough to know he should be playing more.

Doesn’t fitness -specifically match fitness - actually come from fucking playing?

Who is buying this shit any more?

A year and a half? If everybody was playing to the best of their ability, it may take a while to get an opportunity and make it your own, but Jesus Christ man, open your eyes. We are fucking shit. If Ndombele & Lo Celso played at 50%, it's better than constantly playing some of the pricks out there giving us fuck all.

Two comments in 15 minutes, but I am so done with this man.

How do people gain match experience and fitness when you relegate them to the bench for the first three months of the season.

People saying we should just accept we are shit and that nothing is going to change.

His ego is ruining our club, his decisions are ruining these players and sending us backwards.

Sack him and things will change, GET HIM OUT NOW!
