Spurs in 7th on 25 points - but 2 games in hand on Wham who are only 3 points ahead, 2 games in hand on ManU who are 2 points ahead and 2 games in hand on Woolwich who are 1 point ahead.

With only 14 games played by Spurs (16 by the opposition) .we are in a good place, despite a poor start

A boost of two or three new players in a few weeks will be massive and give us a real chance. Brozovic, Eze, Pau Torres and Vlahovic done 1st Jan

Pau Torres made it crystal clear that he turned us down in the summer because he wanted to stay at his home-town club.

Why would he change his mind five months later with his team in the last 16 of the European Cup?

utd would be favs for fourth hopefully we can bag a couple of quality players in Jan that would give us a chance but still think we will fall a little short would settle for a cup win .

The way United are awarding penalties, I don't see how any other team is taking that 4th spot. Fucking penalty united

Conte told us to do one too, 3 months later….. money talks and with another shutdown looming, he might not have a say

We also now have a world class manager at the helm as opposed to a short-term, mute simpleton which is also a factor

Honestly, you've got to wonder if Levy and co can see the obvious benefit to pushing the boat out in January here - spend some money now and you get it back (and more) if we can nab that 4th spot come the end of the season.

In fairness they may be in the last 16 but they are also 13th in La Liga. I don't think he will be coming here though, there will be other suitors.

If we get our shit together, which we seemed to have begun doing till the outbreak, and Kane specifically gets back to a good level (even if not his best) it could end up a good season. Probably being booted from the UECL will be a blessing in disguise.
