Worst pint of Guinness i have ever had,i know that much...
Interestingly, one of the best pints of Guinness I've had, consistently, is in the Crown & Anchor on Fore Street, usually preceding with some fantastic Turkish food from the Capital Restaurant across the road, on the corner of Park Avenue (which sounds a little more glamorous than it really is).

Cracking pre-match routine, when I'm that side of the North Circ.

If you are ever in Bounds Green, try a pint of Guinness in the Springfield.

I think things have got a lot better here over the past few years. I'm not saying it's a good as Ireland (been a while since I was there) but there are enough places that do a good pint of the stuff. Storage techniques are much better and as long as the staff know how to pour the stuff, I think it's not that difficult to get a good pint.

Not a Guiness drinker but isn't it all about freshness and basically how quickly it turns over?

So I wouldn't expect it to be that fresh in the Old Axe :dembelelol:

Back in the day, the Duke of Cambridge used to run a coach to away games.
Dud he....?

Fair play to him for agreeing to drive it* too!

*Looks more like a Land Rover than a coach, mind!
