Just like it has been said, it is different if you REST someone (and you REST best players in early rounds of EFL) and to DROP a player (let's say in EPL or CL game). Not using something in less important game does not make him any less untouchable.
What you have been banging here (and in number of other topics as well!) has been that we should bench Kane in EPL/CL games as well as he is out of form. It is substantially different.

Rested for a game is the same as dropped for a game. The player is not on the pitch.
Wrap it up in all the pretty red ribbons you want.....but "absolutely untouchable" still means he shouldnt be rested doesnt it
