I'm close to giving up on this tbh. Full focus on other interests and no games or money 'til Ange has gone and hopefully Levy too.

We may all think whatever we want about Ange, and what he said at that presser.Did agree with Ange about media going in tough on us and mentioning liverpool having bad result. Them, gooners, man u are untouchable by media and pundits slamming them. However villa lost both their centre-backs yesterday. Think ange will go end of season.
Its not about rotating now. It was about rotating early in season when we had the squad to do it
Gardening leave would surely mean paying out his contract in full? Guess if we sack him it’s the same case. Ange can just refuse to go I guess which essentially adds up to the same conclusion.
So it looks like he is going to get the Utd game at least then.
Come on, that's ridiculous. Is it right that he sits in his office and watches live streams of the training ?
Just heard someone on YouTube say it
That can’t be right , can it ?

The double whammy of Spurs depression, watching another 90 minutes of absolute dross, and then the aftershock 24 hours later when you realise that this clown will still be picking the side for the next match. So it looks like he is going to get the Utd game at least then.
The key players are just about good enough to cover the flaws in the "system", but they're not superhuman, the results are patchy at best. They most certainly do not thrive in the system. Here are some games where we had Romero and VDV.
Wolves (h) 1-2
Newcastle (a) 4-0
Woolwich (h) 2-3
Chelsea (a) 2-0
Liverpool (a) 4-2
Leicester (a) 1-1
Woolwich (h) 0-1
Brighton (a) 3-2
Crystal Palace (a) 1-0
Others like Fulham 3-0 and Ipswich 1-2 Romero played. In a nutshell we've been shit for a year. It doesnt really matter who plays, the minimal tactics have been rumbled and its got progressively worse. Of course better players help a bit but its clearly the system thats the issue.
Porro seems to always leave so much space behind him, i've lost count of the amount of times he has done this , If I was manager I would have tried Reggie at LB and Spence at RB, however the fact that Porro still gets picked makes me think Ange wants him pressing up like a mad man leaving acres of space behind him for the centre backs to cover. Before I start I've wanted Ange out since Ipswich but as an amateur coach you would know better than anyone that you can provide positions and structure to the players. But once they step on the pitch there is fuck all you can do other than shout and tell x to get back or y to hold. I guarantee (as an amateur coach) you have seen with your own eyes players in your team doing exactly what you have told them not to do... would that be fair? I would also wager, same players have done it to you more than once despite repeatedly telling them to stop fucking charging up field and keep an eye on their #11. Sunday, Amateur, Professional... we like to think there is a big difference but IQ is IQ and some of our players would struggle to fill out their address when ordering off Amazon.
I think Bissouma is one of those players! Offers exactly nothing defensively/tactically, and are just thick. Before I start I've wanted Ange out since Ipswich but as an amateur coach you would know better than anyone that you can provide positions and structure to the players. any competent Coach would have rotated far better then Ange has. Ange has caused a lot of issues himself - Son looks fit to drop he needs a rest. Ajayi should have had more minutesFreezing players out given the circumstances is beyond crazy. Reggie limited but had passable loans at 2 clubs last season, not ideal but he could have played in a few games. Spence was on that list until he had no choice, Lankshear could have played more minutes. Ajayi scored a worldie from the bench and hasnt had 1 minute since.
Not his fault, UK Gold runs Home and Away and Neighbours, when it clashes with training. Is it right that he sits in his office and watches live streams of the training ?

The thing is, we don't have any fullbacks!Porro seems to always leave so much space behind him, i've lost count of the amount of times he has done this , If I was manager I would have tried Reggie at LB and Spence at RB, however the fact that Porro still gets picked makes me think Ange wants him pressing up like a mad man leaving acres of space behind him for the centre backs to cover.
Yeah it's a tough one.
They don't have long to do it if they are going to make a change without sabotaging the new guy before he starts. So, it needs to be an unemployed one otherwise they will just fuck about negotiating the buyout from the club.
Terzic is out of work and coming from Dortmund you know he's used to the culture of trusting young players. I know he fell out with the Dortmund players over tactics at the end and it all went the same way as Poch did for us but that's the dice you probably have to roll if you are going to do it.
