First game of the season and this is the mood. They are fuming about the purple wall inbetween them and the oppo fans. :contelol:

The c*** owners have got to GO !!!
Enough is enough. They have moved us into this stadium that is not fit for purpose . We have become a laughing stock amongst fans and gradually you see the past loyal fans stop going and newbie 'fans' turn up with opposing team shirts on with names of their fav players .
The home games for me are done and il never return to that ground until they rip the whole lot out and turn it into an actual football stadium . This WONT happen with these owners !!

RIP out the TVs and bring the seats in closer to the pitch is a must . Away fans just mock us at the state of this f king ground .

We should never of moved in there in the first ace if they knew how bad this was ! Worst FOOTBALL stadium in the ****ing world let alone prem

Then to top it off charge the fans a ridiculous price for a beer . Nah enough is enough for me win lose or draw there . Away games and away European games only for me .

Visiting Ibrox made it sink in we have been well and truly taken for mugs as West Ham fans and sold down the f king river . Standup with your actions and do not stay silent as we as fans deserve so much better

GSB OUT !!!

I know she's still in the job, but I swear you don't hear much from Brady anymore this last season or two.
It's so annoying 90% of all of their Circus shenanigans were down to the dildo bros and her (and the two sons and the porn actress wifey). It took a decade but the penny dropped that the idiots staring back at them in the mirror were actual themselves.

Reading that had brightened my day considerably!

A Public body using public money but "The terms of the settlement are confidential" reeks of something dodgy.

£100,000 per game operating loss?

FFS!

That's £1.9m per season..... That's 2/3rds of the £3m they pay per season written off.

+ cup games (circa 8/9 games last season!)... Close to another million.

That's most of their rent swallowed up.

+ the £300m original conversion costs.... And the majority of the subsequent capacity expansion costs (un-disclosed)...... AND semi-regular cost of temporary transitions back and forth to Athletics and concerts 'modes' when required.

WH must be costing the tax payers in excess of half a billion (and rising!) at this point.

Complete and utter cunt-show from all sides.

An interesting read but not entirely true.

For eg- "West Ham got the deal of the century" - No they didn't it's probably the worst thing that could have happened to them and caused issues they never could have dreamed of.
So they only pay 3m for the rent, so what? they are paying 3m for a stadium every fan hates and moans at, old timers won't go, season tickets are not being renewed and snapped up by local businesses as a sweetener to customers. That's why you get fans with away shirts on in the home end.
I highlighted earlier in the week how their catering sales are that of a 3rd division club would expect, that's because they only take 10% on certain sales.
They are up in arms because they have to pay £7:30 for a pint of Amstel whilst we only pay £5:19, that's because they have no say in what prices are set.

They are in a mess beyond belief which has been masked recently by a couple of half decent seasons.
The fans have put the stadium issues to one side because the team have been better than usual and not in a relegation scrap for a change.

Long may it continue.

£5 a pint is mental.

Just looked it’s £4 for a 4 pack if I add that to my weekly shop in time for the game on Sunday .

Come on you Sainsburys!!!

(Someone is making good money at West Ham at that price per pint)

They are on the home run to selling the club without having to pay a fee to Govt so keeping their heads down, they'll be selling up soon.
If Gold and Sullivan sell the club for more than £300m they will have to pay the taxman a large sum. The club is valued at £700m ish.
I believe there is a deal in place so that Czech guy can have total control as opposed to his current 27%. The agreement stands regarding paying the tax payers if G&S sell the remaining shares to him

I agree with that. The longer they are at that ground in its present form the more the soul of what made that club what it is dies.
I know a good many people who have been going since the 70s,and in some cases the 60s and they have not renewed and don't plan on going many times. It(the ground) is universally hated, with few exceptions.

I meant the additional for selling x many years after moving into the stadium paid to llldc, not a huge amount but substantial

So if 700m ~80m

The London Stadium concessionaire agreement was signed by West Ham and LLDC in March 2013 which includes clauses within the contract that say 12.5% must be paid if the club is sold between £200m and £300m in the last five years of the ten year anniversary of the contract commencement date with 2o% due on sums over £300m
