Yesterday, someone I haven't seen for a while said he wouldn't mind if we lost every game, if it meant Jose was shown the door. I really don't get that attitude. I want to win every game, no matter who is playing or who is in charge. Club First every time, not personal agendas.
Someone said that to me on Saturday I looked at them like they had two heads i was lost for words. Like you I just don’t get that thinking

Great post except Foyth has to go. Too many lapses, surely we can do better.
I think he's an excellent footballer, he's just turned 22yrs old, Tanganga had a nightmare the other day but I also think he's great too. There are going to be many games where they have their ups and downs, it's in the nature of young players (it's why Abraham isn't scoring and that also through oppo scouting he's been sused out and needs to develop his game. But it's all part of the journey and development of a young player). We have to start showing faith in the future of the club, rather than sticking with the past, now more than ever.

If you look at Chelsea, Woolwich and Utd right now they will reap the dividends of playing their youth this season. Not all of them will make it, but because of how the majority have played for them this season they can sell those players who will not make it for decent money. And those that are left will feel trusted and supported and should benefit from another season. I think we made £100m from the sale of academy players that didn't make the cut and those left certainly were at the heart of the new face of Spurs a few years back.

The other huge upside is bringing the fans closer to the team, something that was genuinely felt by many fans a few years ago and now those teams that I have mentioned above are also currently enjoying that feeling. Right now we have a divided fanbase, caused largely by a fanbase unimpressed, concerned with the style of play, misguided words and strange expectation management all over the shop and lack of identity (either one or all of these, dependant on individual preference of concern). There were many games where the majority of the team were serenaded with their own songs, nowadays individual players song are sung more in sympathy, whilst we watch them struggle (Jan). There is a far better mood today around those Clubs all of which still have a team with major flaws but they are closer to finding there way out of their gloom than perhaps us right now.

Spot on.
Such a weird attitude. Wouldn’t it actually be more satisfying if we finished 4th than 11th to any Spurs fan

If Jose was winning every game, no one would want him sacked!

But the poor results, combined with the shocking standard of football, the lack or urgency, the weird selections many times and the fact that he is on so much money, yet doesn't seem to be worth it, is the main reason people have problems with him.

Not in this case, he just hates him.

If uncle Fred had been a woman, he would have been my auntie!
