At this rate I'm beginning to think it would have been better to loan Caulker out for another season. Really thought he'd be getting more game time. Injury maybe?

I believe since he's under 21 he didn't have to be registered in the provisional squad? All the others on this list were at least 21 by the registration date.

Also, don't wanna see Siggy in this one. He was knackered enough having to go 70 minutes after playing the full 90 for Iceland days before the game vs. Reading, and I'd rather see him play fit against QPR than tired against Lazio.

I'm not sure now if his loan spells mean he couldn't make the B list and someone fucked up by not including him in the A list.

A player may be registered on List B if he is born on or after 1 January 1991
and has been eligible to play for the club concerned for any uninterrupted
period of two years since his 15th birthday by the time he is registered with
UEFA. Players aged 16 may be registered on List B if they have been
registered with the participating club for the previous two years without
interruption.

Lazio are pretty decent especially their midfield- not sure this is a game for the squad - need to take is seriously- we all know lose a game and the media will be on AVB's back especially after his comments about EL being a cup worth winning etc.

ADe needs a game- plus Dempsey and lloris- but would be tempted to play the rest of the starting XI-

the time for the squad is next week- if they cannot beat carlisle- then they arenot fit for the shirt

Ade is injured.

As for the last paragraph, really?

4-3-2-1

Lloris
Walker Dawson Vertonghen Naughton
Dempsey Huddlestone Townsend
Falque Carroll
Defoe

Think this team is going to have to work! Gutted Adebayor is out. Hopefully Caroll and Falque are up for the test!

Nice mix of youth, experience, and Obika! Who must be pushing 70 if he's a day!

Oh, and Ryan 'forgottenman ' Mason good to see him back in the fold... no doubt he'll go the same way as many of our 'whispish' forwards down the years, and end up at the Mark Robson-Paul Moran-Paul McVeigh academy of Not Quite Utd!

Walker won't he proved it last year he can play 2-3 games a week, look at the 5/6th round FA Cup.
Unsure about Vertonghen who would replace him?

Harsh. Mason has been in excellent goal scoring form for the U-21s this season and could get a game for the first team is he carries on that way.
