We went from getting in Modric and Bale from up and comers but not quite there, to Davison, Sissoko, and the plethora of wingers who never could wing.
Poch with a proper DOF and scouting system in place would win many championships. Especially if investments in new players happened regularly, since his system requires fresh legs and youth.
