Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

I think we need to be mindful not to get carried away. He's a breath of fresh air after the way Ndombele, Lo Celso and Winks stunk up the place, but it doesn't make him elite.

Watching Barella, Frankie De Jong etc. puts things into perspective.
de Jong has only been "elite" sporadically since he joined Barca - to the extent that Barca was looking to sell him. However, after Xavi took over as head-coach he's played much better but he's still not the dominant "elite" player Barca thought they'd get... but he's improving.
PS! His name is Frenkie with an "e" and not Frankie with an "a"

In my opinion de Jong, like de Lijt, is somewhat over-rated, though lesser so than the latter. Don't get me wrong, he's a fine player but I'm never blown away by him when watching him for Barcelona.

Everyone was shite out there today, but thought he had an absolute stinker. So bad in fact, I wasn't completely pissed off when Winks came on - and I can't stand the crab!

saw alot comparing him to dembele

for one i have never seen him glide past players effortlessly

good passer and presser thats it
Dembele comparisons are wrong as he’s obviously not that skilful and never will be, while he’s far better at passing progressively. However, he does have a lovely ability to play his way out of danger, either through skill or through pass and move, when pressed in his own third. Most press resistant midfielder we have (not that there’sa high bar).

1. he does not play like dembele
2. He is a really good footballer
3. everybody had a bad game against brighton the midfield 2 was out numbered and got marked out the game.
4. One bad game and everbody calling him out kulu had a terrible game also and these guys joined in January for God's sake.

You need to get your coat. You're having a mare. Making way too much sense. Read the room he's shit and always was. Despite looking the exact reverse.

He has become a vital cog in a relatively short space of time. A small concern is that he is susceptible to picking up cheap yellow cards. I love him though, and can't wait to see how he operates alongside Skippy.

3 in a row and 4 in his last 5.
I think he has gone a bit off the boil but he doesn't stop trying.
We need a couple of his defence splitting passes v 'Pool

Vintage performance....by the guy who uploaded it. Bringing VHS quality back.

My favourite bit in that compilation was where the guy included the part where Bentancur passed it straight to the opposition under zero pressure. That's when you know you're running out of potential footage!

(He was fine. Not sure a 7/10 midfield performance vs Leicester B needs a comp vid, but sure.)

Yea this wasnt a game that he stood out in . Not a comp worthy performance but he was fine. This match was all about Son's finishing more than anything. We need him to score more of those long range curlers.
