Brilliant from him, won everything in the air

Hugo has been top class since Jose came to the club. He seemed to be going downhill fast for me before his injury and I thought we needed to find a replacement sharpish. I think he looks the best keeper in the league currently (touch wood) and we will seriously miss him when he decides to move on.
I agree it is curious. Although maybe a potential career ending injury gave him a kick up the backside and the motivation to perform at the top level for as long as possibleConsidering he used to say his future here was linked to Poch..... It's a strange pattern.... I wonder if things between them became fractious after the pre-CL comments.

I dont think he had been great for circa 2 years. It felt like a lot of mistakes were creeping into his gamePossibly but that wouldn't explain the initial drop off.

Not just with HugoConsidering he used to say his future here was linked to Poch..... It's a strange pattern.... I wonder if things between them became fractious after the pre-CL comments.
Time wastingSee he kept a clean sheet but picked up a yellow ca d tonight. What did he do to pick up a yellow card?
And even then, our set piece defending recently hasn't been too bad for the most part.
