Match Fulham v. Tottenham - March 4 18:00 GMT

Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

They have just announced change to handball laws for next season.

Yesterday's goal would count from next season, it will only be the goalscorer that cannot directly score with hand, accidental in build up will be fine.
A bit of common sense anyway, they are discussing offisdes later, so hopefully something will be done there also

TheyMUST pack it in with the lines.
Look at a replay, if you can't tell it's offside, give the fucking goal ffs.
Absolutely no one wants goals being ruled out is some one dick is flapping in an offide position fron camera nagle 47.
I will happily take goals against as long as it works both ways.

Sorry about the multi quotes. Don't know how to make them go away.
I take your point and would normally agree with you but looking at the season as a whole, the consistency of Sanchez is very questionable. In my opinion, he simply doesn't have any real intelligence in his game. His short sightedness almost cost us 2 points.
Yeah he has been shocking this season , last few games next to Toby he has looked a lot better though

...the only positive about yesterday's fixture was that both Dele and Bale seemed willing to put in the effort to track back and defend...hopefully this will convince Mou to start them more often...

The Newcastle game at the start of the season springs to mind - swings and roundabouts. I will NEVER feel bad about any dodgy decision that goes our way, because we get enough against us too.

Although the Newcastle one still would be considered a handball now, and ongoing, player just should not be jumping with arm/hand up that high and wide, massively increasing the barrier for ball to get past.

The only really contentious handball against us in the VAR age is the one at Sheffield United last season (and was probably used as an example of why the law needed to change), which was similar to the Fulham one, and I can think of the one Man City had disallowed early last season against us which would counteract that, and also Liverpool disallowed goal from this season in likelihood would now stand.

It's concerning as Toby is reaching the end of his career . Unless Sanchez learns to think for himself, there's no one to baby sit him. We really need an experienced seasoned cb. I think rondon has the talent but Maureen isn't giving him any time.

Same as the home "leg" to be fair. But revisionism makes it sound as though we scored early and then defended for our lives.

I think apart from really tough opponents we haven't really tried to play that kind of "score first and sit on the lead" type of football. I think we are just tired and lacking in real quality in the centre which leads to us struggling to even get on the ball when opponents play with a lot of energy.

Until the subs came on yesterday we had completely disappeared from the game in the second half and I don't think that was the plan. The players on the pitch just didn't have the legs or cohesion to stop Fulham from playing in our half. They looked so much fresher than us in the middle.

No but he would be excused for believing it seeing as two of his managers, Pep, and the fans do
Is that because your campaign to have him dropped is meeting with very little support?

if he was keeping lewandowski on the bench, I might be inclined to agree with you

but he isn't, is he?

Onwards and upwards Sammy - I have to put up with listening to people on here talking about Winks as if he was a tramp that wandered in off the streets and got lucky

You'll have to accept that Harry is the number one CF, even when going through a lull in scoring.

PS - but I would love to see him play up front with Scarlett
