No nomination for Sonny. Mental
Yeah, that's pretty scandalous really.
Only one City player as well but three from Liverpool? Anyone would think the Dippers won the PL.
And how did Ronaldo get nominated? He was propping up a terrible Man Utd side!

Absolutely ridiculous that the joint Golden Boot winner Heung-Min Son isn't nominated yet the joint Golden Boot winner Mo Salah is nominated...!
Been pointing out the bias/delusion for years now.
Quite simple really - they would never let 2 Tottenham players get nominated. And Son would never get the nod over the England Captain in the English Premium League regardless of the facts.
Awarding Son individual accolades over Kane would be an admission that Son is better than any English player. It’s a matter of national pride.
These individual awards are meaningless anyway. What we do as a team will ultimately determine how our players will be viewed.
Yeah this is the worst offence3 pool players nominated- and they didn't even win the league. Total joke list. Son got robbed.
About 40% of players in the Premier League are English. It's voted by the players, many of which are not English and do not give a singular shit about whether Son is better than English players. Most of the ones who are English probably don't care either. IMO all this shows is that players are pretty often fixated on their own game/team and maybe don't pay as much attention to whatever else is going on as fans do. Kane's more well known and had a strong 2nd half to the season so they remember that and throw him the vote.
About 40% of players in the Premier League are English. Do the math.
Well I disagree and your free to have your opinion. Keep on trying to justify it.Yeah I'm sure all of these English footballers give a shit about whether people think English players are better .. they're footballers, not politicians.
The more likely explanation is that Son doesn't have any national teammates in the league, so suffers from that a bit. A lot of players probably vote for Kane because he plays with them and he's their mate. It's nothing to do with 'national pride' or some conspiracy to keep English players on top of the list.
I honestly don’t know what their nominee really even did this season.Yeah this is the worst offence
