I think we have the 3rd highest average age of prem teams this season. A lot of our 'good' players are living off past glories. We look a very old, tired stale side which is a reflection of the club as a whole.

So there is no vision for the club after 22 years ? I wonder if a new owner could come up with one.
It's partly because we lied to ourselves by bringing in cheque-book managers like Jose and Conte who always want established players but we brought them in without wanting to actually spend the money that it takes for them to win.
Basically got all the downside and none of the upside from hiring those guys.

But, if that is the case, then why didn't he remove the rest of the coaching team instead of trying to save money.

Who kept Stellini on? Who has continually not upgraded on dross like Dier? Who has made decisions which have led to total chaos at the club which undoubtedly impacts the players?
The players know the club is in the shit, they have no leadership at any level, and many are straight up bad footballers who shouldn’t be here. ALL of this falls at the chairman’s door.
New CEO, doesn’t have to be a new owner. That’s the one outcome pressure could expedite
