And here we are yet again.

Nearly. Almost. Not quite. Tried. Possible. Complicated. Run out of time. Couldn’t move players on. Takes time. Don’t want to over do it. Need to trim the squad first…

22 fucking years of this utter nonsense. ENOUGH

GET OUT OF OUR CLUB YOU PARASITE

The window started really well too.

All you had to do was sign another CB for the window to be acceptable. And if you really wanted to be ambitious then you go and get Gallagher as well.

Fortunately, we have enough quality to have a decent season. We aren't playing as many games either so there's less chance of us getting too many injuries.

It is what it is with these cunts at this point. If paying 80 quid to watch us play Sheffield United and hoping we're the 3rd best losers in the league and you deem that is a successful season then crack on and enjoy it.

And there's nothing wrong with that tbf. One of my Woolwich mates was telling me at the end of last season that he was starting to question if being that good was even worth it, because you don't even enjoy watching the football anymore. You're just stressing out for the 90 minutes.

I don't even look back at the 15/16 season fondly for the same reason, it's too depressing to think about what could've been.

We are a serious injury to Romero or Micky away from the season basically being over.

Everyone knows this including the ENIC bots, another season without adequate CB cover is indefensible.

If we had bought a CB this window would have been a 6.

He's done the bare minimum as per.

These cunts need to be removed and chucked in the Thames.

So the transfer window is now closed. We have finally got a new goal scorer about 3 weeks late. Reports are that he was a long time target and so why drag it out until the last minute. Well we all know the answer to that Levy getting a better deal. I thought after Paratici’s arrival that the days of Levy dragging out transfer deals was over but there he is back in the thick of it. He now must appoint a director of football to deal with this.
The squad is potentially good although several players will have to prove themselves. The loss of Kane is a big blow and Levy did not need to sell him but clearly money was more important than success on the pitch.
Another trophy exit so early in the season was down to Ange but successive Managers have not taken the cups seriously leading to us becoming a laughing stock for not winning a trophy. Levy as the boss has failed to impress on the Managers the importance of winning a trophy. Had we done so we would not have lost Kane. Would we have still been in the cup if Kane was here? Well from the team selection Kane would not have started and so probably not.
So what are the prospects for the season ? Well the signs are that it will be more attractive to watch but winning is what it is all about and with no Europe or League cup it will be another Top 4 chase with another early cup exit due to not playing the first team in the FA Cup.

Fans should be protesting. Not 100 of them, thousands of them. Something gotta change. If 90% of the stadium is singing Levy out, cunt will eventually fold.
But this is a big part of the problem, the quantity of hardcore fans in the stadium week on week who really give enough fucks to do this has reduced substantially over the past 20 years because of the constant price increases. I really don't think Levy feels threatened at all by our fans feeble attempts to get him out the club so far.

Lol what a pile of shit

Just because you are entertained by mediocrity it doesn’t mean everyone is

Said in the transfer thread if we didnt show any ambition this window it just is never going to happen with them.

They got proper grief for the first time last season, appoint yet another new manager for a change in direction, sell our best player and someone that carried us for 4 or 5 years but there is no real intent to improve, its just keep things ticking over. Its all so half hearted and late.

They've already let the manager down who said he wanted at least 1 more centre back. So this is it, this is what has been happening for years and its now 100% clear its never going to change with them in control.

It's not going to happen, if it did it would have happened by now. The ENIC out sentiment isn't that deep, it's just a load of angry teenagers on the internet fed up of the ribbing their getting from rival fans on social media about lack of trophies. ENIC/Levy out is just a meme these days and a way to express anger at the club, people love to say it so much that the words are now meaningless.

The proof is in the pudding when it comes to the protests, look at the numbers and the amount of people who don't turn up compared to the noise on social media, the difference is stark!

The away fans against Fulham the other day kinda summed up this whole thing, start of the match fans full of voice for Ange nothing about ENIC/Levy, when we went 1-0 down that's when the ENIC out chants started, when we equalised fans were happy again so back to the chants for Ange.

Every single set of football fans get upset with their owners when they aren't winning, it's called a perceived bad moment, when those bad moments go away people tend to forget how badly their club is being ran this is why Ange is perfect for ENIC, he's a total distraction from them and they can hide behind him knowing that he will get the fans onside playing good football giving them good soundbites in pressers.

I honestly don’t really envisage many perceived bad moments for this club as long as Ange sticks around (unless he does stupid stuff like rotate a whole team for a cup match again)

That CB comment from Ange was huge, as he has happily towed the “squads too big mate” crap Levy asked of him.

Levy is a scumbag, not supplying the basic required toolset to the companies key employee, first season in the job.

"The reality of it is that this team finished eighth last year. That gives you an indication of where the club was at and what it thought it needed.
I've taken that on board and haven't been blocked in any sort of way in terms of the changes we wanted to. There has been a lot of change, it is probably not ideal in the short term but the fact we've handled that well is a good sign."

Will be ignored

Ange drove this window whether people want to admit it or not, he's said multiple times that he's had the final say on incomings.

Proof will be in the pudding whether he's happy or not and start making noises about the board, like Poch started to do in season 5, seems like he's happy at the window, it's only some of our fans who are upset but then again faux outrage is the in thing now so...
