Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

What an absolute abomination of an article. And this by a so called professional journalist. I literally felt my brain cells melting whiskey reading it
It's a wind up. He is a massive Spurs fan and cunts them off on a weekly basis.
I bet he is being attacked by the army of Internet scum warriors as we speak, which he seems to take great pleasure in.

Is it true that a last minute request was put it for Stadium completion to be December 2018. If that's true we could be in Milton Keynes for two years not just 1. The rules are you must play in one stadium for the whole season. Which means if we kick off 18/19 season in MK we stay there until 19/20 season. That's quite sometime in the future before we actually see any football in the new home !!!

Think that was the housing, not the stadium itself?

If lifted this from skyscraper city:

It wasnt a deadline extension to the stadium completion.

It was a techincal issue on the affordable housing issue. Where the council shares in the uplift on housing sale values. The figure was something like £49m as the ceiling.

The club wanted to limit the uplift to whatever value it was at Dec 18 or what ever value was higher previous to this stop date. As essentially the planning permission last night was for the stadium and this would have been build by December 18.

But they are and have?
Morning mate all of the "social" housing that has been built are part buy part rent schemes where you need a significant deposit and money for lawyers fees about 10k minimum to sign up to. No person on a low wage could get onto one of these schemes. What they need bro is housing association house s

New homes and school as Tottenham's regeneration gets underway 25 November 2015 - News - tottenhamhotspur.com

Affordable and Social are very ambiguous in wording all my point has been is that it is being reported we have supplied no affordable homes at all in which the Club/Business have been doing and are continuing to from all the information to date.

Not sure what else they can do the council have asked for affordable Housing 10% deposit is very low in the housing market and what housing associations are building anything in Tottenham?

Afternoon mate I have looked at newlons projects before. There part buy schemes are ridiculous expensive and no local people will be able to afford them. They also sell a significant part of the stock to international investors who leave the house s empty. This happened in their development on phillip lane. Personally I am happy about the new stadium because it will bring money into the area which will create employment , but I think we should be under no illusions that the club cares about the local people. All these new build s will do is push locals out and bring in yuppies. Aka the Hackney model

I am very interested to see who will wind up sponsoring the new stadium. Given the exposure the stadium will get because of the NFL there is a good chance that will play a massive role in who wants in. Currently Pepsi has the biggest sponsorship deal with the NFL, but they already have sponsored a stadium. Not that they wouldn't want to sponsor another one, but I have the feeling they probably wouldn't do that. The next sponsor that comes to mind is of course Nike, which lets be honest, would make things quite difficult I'm sure, because there's every chance that if Nike sponsored our stadium they wouldn't want players wearing other companies footwear. I have absolutely no idea if this would actually be the case, but it does make sense. The next company that keeps coming up is Proctor & Gamble. Now, P&G already technically sponsors a stadium with their Gillette subsidiary, but they don't actually sponsor one with their own name. However, if they did sponsor the stadium they could 100% work out a deal where the television rights for the entire length of NFL games show solely products owned by P&G. Also, their logo is blue and white and that's basically just all any of us really care about at the end of the day, isn't it?

half time contest will be different. no longer "can they do the crossbar challenge", it'll be the bukkake challenge. last man to jizz in her eye has to lick her face clean and get a free ticket for a home game against newcastle, the game where we shoot our bolt early and get anally fucked
