Like so many of our current squad, he's unconvincing. 1 week has a decent game, does good things, the next it's the opposite. Over the course of a season, you can only really rely on Lloris, Kane and Son. They aren't perfect players, nobody is, but over a season we will get good performances from these three. Skipp might get into that group, but he's still young and will be up and down for that reason.

We need 2 or 3 more who Conte can really rely on, to make a solid core of a team.

And also, Conte was just saying how the team gets too emotional and need to manage situations better, control things. Reg today is exactly what he is talking about. Back in the game at 1-1 and they go down to ten, after things were tough in the first half. He goes diving in, gives the ref a decision to make. Gets a yellow and forces Conte's hand on an early sub.

I agree with the sub as Southampton were targeting him. I thought it was just good management. Too bad Sess is injured again.
