No, but I've got a pair of eyes:
That's not a player crippled by injury.

Fair play geezer:
VAR decision a farce - Wilder
Sheffield United manager Chris Wilder praises his side's "decent performance" during their 3-1 win, but brands VAR a "farce" after a Spurs goal was disallowed due to handball.www.bbc.co.uk
In this it's the ridiculous rule that's the problem, not VAR.
Someone posted up the law which even says "unless the player has fallen and has put his arm down in a normal way". On top of that he's fouled and has the ball whacked at his arm from a couple of inches away.
The flip side is, lets face it, it was only an amazing fluke of that ricochet that set up the chance to score, so lets not pretend we were robbed of a great bit of football that deserved a goal.

The latter part has nothing to do with it....
Some of the shit rules have blatantly been devised to accommodate binary VAR decision making though.
Let's not pretend either that goal would have been ruled out if not for the ability to over-scrutinise the incident to the Nth degree..... It's not even cast iron that the ball even hit Lucas's arm FFS.
The fact that the laws you posted above have also been overlooked during the process of checking is a joke!
We're still seeing poor human error/judgement from officials so what's the point of it all?
I still donāt think it touched his arm
I thought it his his back
I'm up for it.
I'm younger than Hodgson and if they buy me an electric scooter I could get about the training ground.
I've got more tactical awareness than Gross, Ramos and AVB .
I would slash the staff costs by not employing mind coaches etc
No, but I've got a pair of eyes:

I wasnāt sure. Still arenāt. Ironic that that was one of the few assists Moura has managed though.
But binary is the inevitable consequence of decades of moaning about human error.
You canāt have consistency and common sense because every human thinks differently.
Iād rather swallow getting stupid rules right more often than depending upon n the āinterpretationā or ācommon senseā of an official who will be accused of āinterpretingā it differently than the ref the previous week, and lead to the endless whaling about āall we want is consistencyā
I have no problem with the concept of VAR, I like it. We now no longer get bad offsides for instance. That in itself is massive. Got us to a CL final.
But rules need to evolve and in this case, the referee watching it needs to apply them properly.
deadleyledley didnāt say he was ācrippledā just hurt so why say that?
As I said before neither of us are doctors so we donāt know how he was affected
This sort of thing just highlights your agenda and doesnāt make any sense
He has strengths which is why three respected managers pick him and, like a lot of players he has weaknesses which are clearly offset by his strengths which you fail to acknowledge
No 2 is Chris HughtonProblem is Paul you are a bit nuts and would probably come to training wearing false breasts.
Apart from that having you as our coach would be great. Get in Chrissie Waddle as your number 2.
Letās not pretend you do t have a massive agenda here Baz. Pretty sure you werenāt as quick to acknowledge Ndombeleās injuries when he was getting slaughtered.
You are watching it with your own eyes, both vids, that is not a player that is struggling with an injury that is preventing him from tracking a runner heās stood next to or then just observing what is happening with Aurier and taking two steps to help him.
It was shit. Just own this one Baz.Or youāll make me post more examples, and you wonāt like it.
It's not really clear who you're debating here me or Wilder....
(I posted the WIlder link in the spirit of giving the bloke a nod for being even-handed having shat all over VAR rightfully a few times before when on the receiving end of what he believed were shit decisions... )
I've criticised numerous aspects officiating; VAR, rules (both writing of and subsequent poor application of) and human effort. I'm not just blindly waving a stick and saying "VAR sucks!". Not mentioned prior but it is my distinct belief we are nurturing a new breed of passive refs not prepared to be responsible for making calls. Also, why no review of the blatant fore-arm stroke on Sonny?
Offsides can possibly be percieved as a VAR win; yes, but that alone doesn't placate the broader custerfuck which is unfolding in the wake of VAR being introduced.
It looked shit I agree but if he wasnāt 100% then that might explain it
Youāre a fine one to talk about agendas Blakey and I really donāt care how much time you want to waste posting any more clips because you won't change my mind
It will be interesting if heās not injured if heās selected on Monday
But what went before was an even bigger clusterfuck IMO. Every week games being decided by wrong decisions, especially offside. Every week the refereeing was the topic. Major games decided by flawed ācommon senseā and human error.
What ability is that? Be realistic. We don't have the ability at the moment. I don't like it anymore than you do but I have to accept it because it is an indisputable fact based on our results and position in the PL.A team of our ability should be putting teams like this away, not getting trashed by them big difference.
