Sherwood just might work at villa, they don't have a great team so a master tactican might be pointless. If he can motivate them to play 110% every game by ranting and raving and get scrapping for every point then they might survive.

I suppose if your a Villa fan having to put up with such shit a semi final in the FA cup is at least something.

The thing is that such an approach can only work for so long. Managers who are all about that but not much more tend to do well at first but then become unsuccessful once the players realise that there's little tactical planning beyond that. Sherweasel needs to have substance behind the theatrics if he's going to have a sustainable long term plan.

I agree but if he keeps them up his biggest challenge is to sort out the Villa squad. We will see if he is clever enough in his transfer targets with little money and massive holes to fix.

Redknapp in his younger days at clubs like West Ham was quite good at getting a resonable sqaud together on fuck all cash, seemed to lose that touch at QPR though. This is Sherwoods big chance, interested to see if he can back up his words.

Odd to see just how bad Villa have become.

Yeah, look at these cheeky little monkeys.

I dont see anything wrong with either of those photos, what i see is fans celebrating a victory over local rivals that secured a trip to wembley for an fa cup semi final.

What an idiot, they've only got a point in a meaningless league game...........

PRECISELY THIS - we'll wait and see, Tim could end up making a lot of money being the new Harry Bassett over next few years at a few clubs but will need to dig deeper to build something at a club, who knows though, as I said months ago judge him after a year in his new job, if he keeps them up this time, job very well done

Quite. It's double standards shit from people more concerned about defending a gooner then accepting he may yet not be the second coming.
No ways they can be true Spurs fans - look at their other input on here - plain trolling always looking to disagree with everything as far as the biggest twats this club has been associated with, defending a gooner cunt on a Spurs forum. Fuck off.

Interesting you talk of double standards with Lego head, ask him who was at fault for our cup defeat to west ham last season....... :avbfacepalm:
