Let’s get this straight. Levy has paid people to be on this site at all time. I think that’s pretty much knows as Bible now. The Levy Bots.

Half time 5 mins is given over to a presentation that they put together. Without fail.

I know a guy who used to do similar for Derby. But he watched the match and was looking at shape of the game. He has since become an assistant manager at a championship side.

Levy has gone next level.

He knows he has to to employ the guys watching the guys watching the match.

Would also explain our recruitment process actually.

A tinfoil hattrick.

I don't think I've ever seen anyone enjoy a comfortable victory as little as this. Not one positive thing to say. Not one. Just endless complaints.

I swear some people on TFC just don't want to be happy.

Called it in game, and he/she claimed that it's not negative, just seeing the true picture, if that's the picture you take from a game, our best hour since Conte came at that point (so for a long time, given the incoherent guff Nuno and I suspect her boy Jose) I'd watch another sport.

If you look most of those comments are purely observations based on the state of play at the time. A bit like if your at the match doing a real time commentary or having a whinge when someone messes up and you say to yourself “ ffs what’s he do that for?”.
Of course we played well and it was good to get the win. However we do need to point out any bad bits or things we could improve during the game. Example first 15 mins of 2nd half everyone would agree we needed to step up as they had come out with a bit more vigour. Which I stayed as well.
I just find it strange all your observations of a fairly comfortable victory against half decent opponents are negative.

Maybe I was just grumpy after getting home late because of a stupid Kickoff time so I apologise, but it just seemed so disheartening to see so much scorn being poured on a decent performance.

All in all that was pretty good. First half we had real control and constantly looked a threat. Massive positives in Kane looking back to his best Romero looking a player and Emersons best game for us. Weak spots, that central midfield again. Overall Its just nice to start seeing some really good games again, still not consistantly but Liverpool, Leicester and yesterday are miles away from Mourinho and Nuno snooze fests.

You've been ultra critical of Conte's style, I've noticed your posts (since your aspiration nonsense).

Joined Feb 2020, called Maureen, you are a Jose fan, not Spurs, right?

No - you actually don't have to point out everything YOU CONSIDER to be errors.

You see things from either your seat or the TV angle and not the space and vision that the player you have decided to deride has.

What you need to do is decide whether you want to support the club and enjoy the successes - or continue to try to be the worst failure to be a pundit on MOTD.

Get a grip of yourself

Enjoyed that.
Apart from a brief spell,we always looked in control. And we didn't fold after conceding (the Conte factor kicking in?)Kane was superb,Lloris pulled of some crackers. The new boys whilst not a lot to judge them on did ok. Certainly nothing to criticise. Romero was class. There was not a bad performance on the pitch to be honest, not a stand out one anyway.
Son played well also.
A very positive performance me thinks.
Remember, this was a fellow premiership side, not a team from a few divisions down.

Did you work out how to get your match ticket onto your phone? Last post I saw from you was 'in desperation'.

I decided to buy a ticket in the South last night instead of my usual spot in the east Upper.
Kind of fancied a few beers and a something to eat.

May as well not bothered. Arrived 40 minutes before kick off and had to queue for about 15 minutes while people constantly get to the scanner with NFI what to do and have to be assisted every single time.
I'm then confronted with the "longest bar in europe" and the food market. Which as far as I can tel has 80% of the stadium in it already with zero chance of getting food.
So I go up a level to find they only have tap inns there. So sausage roll it is then. By the time I'd queued up for that, ate/drank it I had to get to my seat.
I'm sat on the end of an Isle, by an exit. 30 seconds before HT whistle, I'm out. Only to find approx 38 million people in the queues for drinks. And the toilets. I went down to the market, which was oddly empty. To the longest bar in Europe and stood there for a fucking eternity while the staff bumbled around. People cut in. I got the hump after the 2nd of 3rd person came from behind and walked up to the bar and tried order ahead of me.
I was then told they don't serve beer at that part of the fucking bar.
I'm actually angry writing this.

We were told that they could do 10,000 pints per minute in this stadium. Except for the fact the staff are useless, the beer pumps never work, people can't queue up properly and areas are over crowded.
After all that I just about had time for a poss before getting back to my seat.

My plan to try and move to the south stand eventually is dead. It's not brilliant in the east upper, but it's vastly better than that fucking shambles
